Boobi Vincent Kintanar is a licensed Real Estate Broker having passed the Real Estate Licensure Examination in May 2006.

He took up Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City and graduated in October 1988. He took up Bachelor of Laws at the University of San Carlos-Cebu City in 1990.

He is the eldest among four siblings, born to spouses Vicente A. Kintanar, Jr., a former Cebu City Councilor (1980-1983; 1988-; 2001-2004) and Cebu City Vice Mayor (1983-1986) and the former Paula Boholst.

He served as Executive Assistant II, Office of the Mayor, Cebu City from November, 2014 up to June 2016 and Executive Assistant III, Office of Commissioner Ramon S. Fernandez, Philippine Sports Commission.

He is married to Sandy Regner, with whom he has three daughters namely, Patricia Denise, 16, Christianna, 12, and Maria Mikaela, 11.
